Madrona Woods was built in 1998. These condos were readily accepted by the market and sold very well. They have very nice floor plans and many have views of the Madrona Links golf course. All of the condos have individual garages and there is a security gate.
This is an over 55 community.
Madrona Woods is technically not a golf course community but it is adjacent to the Madrona Woods golf course and most units have a golf cart area attached to the garage along with a garage door that is suitable for a golf cart.
