In 2020 we were working on a 55-acre development with 10 homesites and we found that there was a big demand for multigenerational homes with security, privacy, and open space. The plan was to build spec homes, but somehow these homes became extremely customized for the buyers.

Currently undergoing development, The Ranch at Crescent will consist of seven estate-sized lots within a 35-acre development. In an effort to provide flexibility, we will be offering pre-sales, custom homes, and lot sales. Our goal is to create a personalized experience for each client to purchase one of our homes or build their forever home to their specifications.
