If you notify me within 3 months of the time you purchase a home that you are not satisfied with... I will sell it for FREE!
However, you will still be obligated for the selling agents commission and standard closing costs such as escrow and title but I will not charge for my services to list the home. If we are able to sell the home for a “break-even” to you or better including the listing commission then I would expect to be paid.
I know that my business will not thrive without satisfied customers, satisfied customers who go out of their way to tell their friends and acquaintances about me. My goal is to add you to a growing list of satisfied and enthusiastic customers.
With the change in real estate agency law, buyers are now required to sign a buyers services agreement which is typically for a time period ranging from 6 months to a year. If we ever run into a situation where a buyer is unhappy with our services we will cancel our agreement instantly (unless we are already under contract to purchase a home).
