Between 2020 and 2022 we were working on a 55 acre development with 10 homesites and we learned some things through this process. We found that there was a big demand for multigenerational homes and a big demand for properties with ADU's. Security, privacy, and open space were also important factors. The plan was to build spec homes, but somehow these homes became extremely customized for the buyers.

The Ranch will be built in two phases. Phase 1 is comprised of two 5 acre lots and they will share an entry gate. In this phase we are offering The Edgefield and The Vidabelo (see details below).

Phase 2 is in engineering and development and will consist of seven lots ranging from two to nine acres. We will be taking reservations for these 7 lots. 

Below are photos of two homes built at The Preserve in Port Orchard. The Edgefield and the Vidabelo will be the first two homes built at The Ranch.
