The grounds are beautiful with views of the Narrows Bridge, Mount Rainier, and Tacoma across the Sound. You should see the lights twinkle at night.

I am originally from the Bay Area and have often thought about the homes and condos with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and how desireable they are. I see a lot of similarity here.
