The Ridge condos are located in town off Stinson Ave. Many of these condos have views of Gig Harbor Bay. They were built in 1991 and have always sold very well. They have individual garages and there is a security gate.
One of the unique features as far as condos are concerned are the garages. They were originally built large enough for 4 vehicles (2 x 2 in tandem) and a work shop. Over the years, many of the owners have converted a portion of the garage into additional living space but there are still some left with the huge garage.
