Mike was an excellent negotiator, advocate, and friend. We relocated our family from UT to WA and knew no one in the area or anything about the Gig Harbor market. These are incredible condominiums. They sit on the water with a magnificent view of Gig Harbor Bay. The decks are quite large and when you sit outside to enjoy the harbor, you will find that this location is surprisingly quiet. There are 4 condos and each one has it’s own 50 foot slip that is part of the marina.
If you like the water and you are into boats, this is a great lifestyle!
