Taking great photos of your home for sale is one of the most importent aspects of marketing, as great photos make buyers want to see your home. Most agents don’t take the time to set up the home for the camera and it makes a huge difference.
Keep this point in mind – Prior to the internet, the #1 thing that sold a home was the for sale sign because buyers were driving by and the saw the home was for sale. The curb appeal of the home helped them decide if they wanted to see it or not.
