Buyers Satisfaction Policy

If you notify me within 3 months of the time you purchase a home that you are not satisfied with the home, I will sell it for you for free. You will still be obligated for the selling agents commission and standard closing costs such as escrow and title but I will not charge for my services to list the home. If we are able to sell the home for a “break-even” to you or better including the listing commission then I would expect to be paid.

I am committed to earning your business on a daily basis and if you are not satisfied with my marketing efforts you can cancel your listing at any time. It’s that easy.

I know that my business will not thrive without satisfied customers, satisfied customers who go out of their way to tell their friends and acquaintances about me. My goal is to add you to a growing list of satisfied and enthusiastic customers.

The most important goal of my business is to have no unhappy customers.
